Enfusion RESULTS ran their first event of the year today in the Netherlands, featuring a -54kgs Women\’s World Title fight between Ilona Wijmans (defending champion) and Denise Kiel Holtz. The fight went the distance with Ilona Wijmans proving any of the doubters wrong with a big win.

K-1 MAX Quater Final: Enriko Kehl (R3 – UD) Maximo Suárez – Kehl just put on a clinic here against a game Maximo. Maximo was urged on by the crowd\’s chants in the third round, but it was too little, too late. Kehl was just on a different level.
K-1 MAX Quater Final: Sung Hyung Lee (R3 – SD) Elam Ngor – This was a close, technical fight. Very entertaining with Ngor landing a few low blows and getting warned a few times.
Juanma Suarez (R3 – SD) David De Bejear – This was a late replacement fight and left little impression. Both guys were not in the best shape and were kind of just winging shots.
Alejandro Rodríguez (R2 – KO) Tural Bayramov – Tural dropped Alejandro early in round one and the doctors even had to stop and check on him, but man, did Alejandro come back with a vengeance in round two. Knee to the ribs followed by a few punches put Tural out of action.
Chad Sudgen (R1 – KO) Jorge Falcon – Sugden landed a nice shot to get a standing 8 count early on, but Falcon recovered. Falcon was falling right into Sugden\’s trap as the British fighter was able to get him into a corner and swarm with a 1-2-1 combo that put him down and out.
