Pavel Zhuravlev: The Living Legend of FEA CHAMPIONSHIP.

30.07.2025

Pavel Zhuravlev is a name every kickboxing and combat sports fan knows. A charismatic and powerful heavyweight, he earned international respect with his aggressive fighting style, endurance, and knockout power. His career includes appearances in elite organizations such as K-1, Superkombat, It’s Showtime, and notably FEA CHAMPIONSHIP — the premier fight league in Eastern Europe.

Pavel participated in several FEA events, confirming his status as one of the top heavyweights in the region. His fights in Chișinău, the capital of Moldova, were always main events. In 2019, at a tournament in Odesa, he won the FEA heavyweight championship. In 2021, he was scheduled to face Cristian Ristea for the title, but an injury prevented the fight.

Known as Caiman, Pavel blends classic kickboxing with muay thai and boxing. Standing 187 cm tall and weighing around 100 kg, he is dangerous at all ranges. He also competed at 95 kg, winning the interim title in GLORY. A title bout with Artem Vakhitov was expected, but the match never took place.

Pavel was born on July 29, 1983, in Saki. He started training in combat sports at 13 — first in boxing, then kickboxing and muay thai. After the events of 2014, he moved to Odesa, left the Navy as a lieutenant captain, and focused entirely on his athletic career. He is married and has a daughter.
