During this difficult time, the organizers decided to still hold the championship title fight.

Therefore, a promising Russian fighter, Kirill Kornilov, who had long wanted to take part in the FEA KICKBOXING project, was put forward to replace Zhuravlev in the title fight against Ristea.

Kiril wasn’t chosen randomly, Ristea has old scores to settle, as he suffered a defeat in front of him. In the 2017-2018 TNA season, Kornilov defeated Ristea by unanimous decision.

Thus, the upcoming title fight will be a real delight!!!!

To be noted that the winner of the title fight will still have to defend the FEA HEAVYWEIGHT championship belt and the first contender is, of course, Zhuravlev, who is the current holder of the interim championship belt in this category.
